Services
Individual Therapy
Whether it is trauma, life transitions, or anything in between, everyone can benefit from a therapist to help them navigate what they are struggling with. Through the use of various techniques, including primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I am able to help you process, find solutions, and give you tools to improve your life.
Play Therapy
As a Registered Play Therapist, I am trained in play therapy techniques to help children move through trauma, behavioral challenges and life transitions.
Family Therapy
If your family is struggling, having a third party who is trained in family therapy may be beneficial in helping your family move past the hurdles you are currently facing.
Clinical Supervision
Are you an MSW seeking a clinical supervisor for your LSCSW? Let’s chat!
I believe that the goodness of fit between a supervisor and therapist-in-training is essential to the outcome you are desiring.
I start by scheduling a meeting via phone call to discuss what you’re looking for in a supervisor, your professional goals, current situation, and yourself! We will decide together if it’s a good fit and go from there to discuss details.

Walk and Talk Therapy:
Once an in person therapeutic relationship has been established, you have the option to meet at an outdoor location for walk and talk therapy. This allows you to experience the many benefits of nature, sunlight and exercise, whilst verbally processing and reaching therapeutic goals outside of the office environment.
*This is available to private pay clients, as most insurance companies do not cover this modality.
